Last week we talked about challenging yourself to do something different to add to your exercise routine! I certainly hope you were able to incorporate that into your habit - change is good! This week we are talking about rest. Adding a rest day to our habits is essential to our growth. Do not feel guilty about that - it is healthy! Matthew 11:28 says,
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
