C-Sports Basketball & Cheer

The C-Sports developmental basketball league is for boys and girls who are in Kindergarten through 6th grade for the current school year during the season. Registration usually begins in August. Required evaluations are held prior to drafting teams. Weekday practices begin in November. Saturday games begin in mid to late November and season ends in late January or early February.

The C-Sports developmental Cheer is for girls in K5-5th grade for the current school year during the season. Practices are on Tuesdays and cheer teams will cheer for games on Friday night and Saturday games.

This season we are making certain changes to accommodate our growing numbers of participants.

Please read the parent information thoroughly BEFORE you register to be sure the changes will be acceptable to you and your schedule.

We do not refund after a certain date due to the custom ordered uniforms.

any refund prior to that date will be charged a processing fee to cover the cost of online financial fees.

****REGISTRATION for the 2024-2025 season****

• All first time C-Sports participants families MUST attend the PARENT ORIENTATION, which is given at 6pm on evaluation nights. 

• Online registration dates: Aug. 12 through Oct. 11 or until full - whichever comes first.

• Basketball has required evaluations: the week of Oct. 21 (cannot be drafted to a team without evaluation scores).

• Weekday practices begin: the week of Nov. 11.

• Friday night or Saturday games (cheer for both): Dec. 7.

• Season Ends: Jan. 25, 2025.

Parents must read the parent information prior to registering. It will be available on this page during registration. You may download this to your device, print it or bookmark the link for future reference. You will need this information handy throughout the season. We do not send regular emails with reminders due to the amount and frequency of information that would need to be sent.

It is your responsibility to stay up to date. We do our best to put it all together for you ahead of time - please take the time to read it.

Our teams are formed by an evaluation process – not “try outs”.  Due to the nature of our drafting process in our developmental league, special requests for teammates are not accepted.  With such a wonderful and large number of children in our leagues it is impossible to place children with their favorite coach on their most convenient night at the ideal time with their best friend, etc. There may be certain criteria that will qualify as an exception, such as siblings in the same age league. We draft teams so that the talent levels on each team will be as close to equal as we can make them. Your child will meet new friends on every team in every season! Encourage them so as to excite them about the sport and the new experiences that await them.
