CONTINUING OUR HABITS | Marcia Horn | 4-17-2020

This week we are going to challenge ourselves to step out and do something new with our exercise habits! Get out of your comfort zone, be safe (within our social restrictions), but experience something new! As 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 says, “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.” Challenge yourself to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit!
