The Rec Min is looking into adding a personal trainer availability to our programming. We’d like to know if our particpants are interested and when the majority of participants would attend. We hope to have a good response to plan for a late summer, early fall start.
Personal training is for any level of fitness from absolutely no experience to advanced and would be a 1 on 1 or up to 1 on 3 per session. Sessions will be either a 30 minute session or 1 hour session. Appointments will be scheduled and fees collected in advance for a specific number of sessions.
