RECREATION MINISTRY PERSONAL TRAINING
The Rec Min’s programming for personal training provides our participants with a certified, experienced personal trainer who offers comprehensive fitness training which covers every aspect necessary to achieve your goals. Whether they involve sports performance, weight loss or a healthier lifestyle, beginner or advanced, training is specifically designed for the individual. Our trainer offers physical training along with spiritual motivation and an encouraging attitude to promote your ultimate goal of being healthy and fit overall.
2 days a week - $200/month for 8 sessions.
3 days a week - $240/month for 12 sessions.
5 days a week - $300/month for 20 sessions.
Each session includes 30 minutes of training. Participants should arrive early for a warm up time (15 min) and plan on a cool down time afterwards (5-10 min). Schedule is by appointment only. There are no refunds for missed appointments and any missed appointment must be rescheduled within the month of purchase.
